Week 6

The photo above is a picture that I took on a tree right outside of the school. It appears to be a mushroom of some sort growing out of it.  I took this picture laying down on the ground looking up at them from the bottom.
In this picture I took a rose from the garden and set it on the fence. The fence is old and almost ready to fall over but I like how the picture captures the lines and details of the fence and then the flower just adds color and something different into the picture. "Something beautiful always lies within the ugly" - Anonymous.
This picture is taken at the base of a pole out at the airport. The pole has a windsock on the top for pilots to see which direction the wind is blowing. The pole is slightly rusted. I took this picture as the sun was going down.
This picture is again at the airport. I took it so that the main focus was the pole and the barbwire.
In the last picture I took this at the school. It is a rusted fire hydrant that had a few rocks around it.

Week 5

In these two photos I corrected them and then merged them together. When I first merged them together it cut out the horses and just put the people together. So I took the two pictures with horses and put them together so that it gave it another perspective.
The last picture is of the gym. It did not turn out the way it was suppose to but. Its kind of interesting so I kept. The picture is from a completely different angle in this picture and it cuts out the middle eagle.

Week 3

In the picture to the left I took a colored photo of tulips made it black and white. Then placed a graffiti background on top of it.  I enhanced the coloring in the graffiti picture a little bit to make it pop a bit more in the back ground of the flowers.

In the picture the right is a picture I took and just placed a texture on it and adjusted the brightness and contrast to what I liked best.  I picked the texture I did because I thought it made the stuff closer to us have a different look and I liked how it made the stuff in the background look a little blurred.

The picture to the left. I added a green feather for texture and then messed with colors in it to make a blue tint. I then used the paint brush and erase tool to make the "KTD" pop away from the background.

Week 2

This picture is a water fountain right behind the bleachers on the football field. I used the rule of thirds and angle of perspective to bring the eye to the water fountain.

In this picture I used line to the lead the eye to the top of the bleachers and just to show how long they are. Also with this side shot of the bleachers its shows the complexity of the bleachers.

With this picture I used many photographing skills. I used angle of perspective, I filled the frame, and I used the rule of thirds. This picture was taken at the kiddie park behind the high school.

This is a picture of a swing chain. I de-cluttered the background in this photo, leaving the main focus on the chain and all the different angles that it has. I also use the angle to show the length of the chain.

Week 1

In the picture above I used the elliptical tool to select the picture then I selected the inverse; deleted it and then feathered the edges in a black color. After that I used the smudge and the blur tool to blend the background so that the people became more eye catching.

The picture above is a picture that I tried to make blend with the background but with it still clearly visible as to what it is.

In the picture above I took four different pictures and cut the flowers out and colored them different colors. I picked colors that I thought worked well together. I then just dragged them to a new canvas and put the background as a black color.
